Road Upgrades

Roads in our local neighborhoods require ongoing maintenance and reconstruction, including road widening, subgrade pavements, intersection upgrades, and more. Hands Out Build Group actively collaborates with RMS, local councils, and RMS Stewards to enhance these infrastructure assets.

Intersections throughout NSW are undergoing upgrades, with local councils and RMS investing in safer and more intelligent signaling systems. We can assist with signals, ITS, profiling, new asphalt pavements, hardstand installations, decorative paving, and traffic control as part of these upgrades. Additionally, if required, Hands Out Build Group can incorporate extra elements into the project, such as line marking, fencing, and signage.

Carpark

Hands Out Build Group has been contracted for the Carpark project. During the construction process, the contractor has assured that the work will not affect the existing footpath, ensuring pedestrian safety and uninterrupted access. The construction involves excavation, foundation work, and paving, with measures in place to protect nearby infrastructure. Additionally, Hands Out Build Group is prepared to provide on-site clarification regarding the rainwater drainage system, specifically the direction of water flow, to ensure compliance with design standards and to prevent any drainage issues. Throughout the Carpark project, the contractor has maintained clear communication and a commitment to addressing any emerging concerns related to drainage and public access.
